Organisations don’t change behavior, people do.
Companies often struggle to adapt and embrace new strategies and tools. I believe that this struggle is only going to accelerate in the coming years with the hyper-growth of ai and ai-powered tools, assistants and the like. But no doubt change can be disruptive for both business and teams.
However, I believe we can boil down organisational change to one key thing and that’s people.
For successful change management, first and foremost you must empower your team. Perhaps easier said than done but remember: organizations don't change behavior, people do.
If you can empower people to change their attitudes and embrace transformation and bake that into your firms culture, you remove the friction of change as it simply becomes part of the way you operate and more likely than not provide a strong advantage in an ever changing world.
